How Do I Solve Hunger?

Well hunger is not truly a problem but there are defiantly ways to eat much less. Suppressing your appetite can be achieved from eating certain foods, drinking loads of water, taking appetite suppressant pills or strategically eating small meals multiple times a day.

Certain foods can fill you up and have very little calories.  scrambled egg whites (17 calories each egg white), pickles (about 10 calories each), dannon light and fit yogurt (60 calories), cottage doubles (the ones with raspberry are the best and it's 150 calories), 1-2 cups of pineapple or other fruit (usually less than 100 calories per cup), 100 calorie packs (they have many different ones now), and jerky (about 70 calories for a stick of it) are just a few of the foods that can do this. Many vegetables do a very good job of this also, such as broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, spinach, shall I go on?  Cucumbers, green peppers, zucchini, squash, and asparagus.

Another way to feel less hungry is as soon as you have the urge to eat drink a bottle of water. Your hunger will go away for a little while before becoming hungry again.

Appetite suppressants also do a very good job of changing the amount of food you will eat. In our store we offer you an entire list of appetite suppressing products check it out.
