     The most important aspects of the supermodel diet are that you eat 5 times a day and that you total no more than 1500 calories for women and 2000 calories for men a day. Sticking to this strict caloric intake will ensure weight loss. Eating multiple times a day speeds up your metabolism. Our goal with this diet is to eat 5 small meals a day resulting in a low calorie diet and a strong metabolism. When these two things combine they equal strong weight loss.
