        Water is obviously the number one drink for weight loss. Water both raises your metabolism and contains 0 calories. It burns more calories to drik than it could possibly put on your body. If you drink cold water then your body will burn even more calories.
      A German study says drinking about 2 extra glasses of water can boost your metabolism by 30% and they figure when you drink about 1.5 liters of water a day you'll lose an extra 5 lbs a year
#2 - Milk 

Milk is very high in calcium. Calcium has the ability to boost weight loss through increasing the fat breakdown in fatty cells. Now I do not suggest drinking milk in large quantities but a glass a day can only help you lose weight and form a healthy strong appealing body.

Whole milk is not an option. If you look at the amount of calories in the whole milk you will see that it is just way too much. Get skim milk it taste vitually the same and has a quarter of the calories of whole milk.

#3 - Green Tea

Drinking green tea propels your metabolism to new heights. Many scientists agree that drinking green tea 2 two to three times a day can catapult your weight loss 45%. Not only does green tea force your metabolism to be stronger but it is a natural hunger suppressant that can cause you to lose weight by curbing your appetite.
